“Arrived about 20 mins before opening and waited an hour to be seen – totally reasonable Doctor was professional and pleasant. Receptionist was not great – told me it would be at least 2 hours. Tried to book online in advance but the system wouldn’t let me because I was physically more than 1km away from the office which was extremely inconvenient. The booking process and reception are the only reason I gave less than 5 stars”

Visits
Only one medical issue per visit to ensure that all patients receive timely and efficient care. if you have multiple issues, please book for another day.
Prescription Policy
We do not prescribe narcotics and controlled substances.
Zero Tolerance
We do not tolerate any form of aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behaviour. This includes verbal or physical threats, harassment, or any inappropriate language.
No Shows
There is a $50 no show fee. You must advise us 24hrs before your appointment to cancel.
